第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits discrimination based on sex in educational programs and 活动 that receive federal financial assistance. To ensure compliance with 第九条 and other federal and 状态 civil rights laws, 立博 has developed internal policies that prohibit discrimination and sexual harassment on the basis of sex, such as sexual misconduct and sexual violence.
立博 reaffirms its belief that its educational philosophy, 目标, and the quest for knowledge can only flourish in an atmosphere free from sexual harassment. 立博 opposes any and all forms of sexual harassment and will continually take steps necessary for the prevention of such behavior.
